2. Long Stay - Maximum age - 69 (at departure date) terms & conditions apply.

Planning an extended tour? Hencilla Canworth GI offers Long Stay policies that covers one continuous journey from 62 days up to 18 months. This is perfect for artists who have long-term commitments overseas, providing robust coverage which includes returning to your home country for maximum of 5 short visits up to 2 weeks per visit.

3. Annual Policies - For those frequently on the move, an annual policy might be the best option. This plan covers multiple trips within a year, with a standard single-trip limit of 45 days. However, you can extend this limit to 62 days as an additional add-on. An annual policy is cost-effective and convenient if you have two or more trips planned within the year and they fit within the trip duration limits. This can also accommodate families including children (Under 18s will have to be accompanied by an adult)

Pre-existing medical conditions may be covered, provided you complete a satisfactory medical screening online and pay any additional premium required. The outcome of the screening will determine whether cover can be offered.
You also have the option not to cover your pre-existing medical conditions. However, please be aware that if you choose this option:

  • Any declared medical conditions will be excluded from cover, and
  • Any conditions that are directly or indirectly linked to those declared conditions will also not be covered under the policy.


It is important that you declare all relevant medical conditions during the application process to ensure your cover is valid and to avoid complications in the event of a claim.

Please note that during work, no cover will be provided under Personal Accident and Personal Liability. It is your responsibility to arrange this cover independently. If you are a member of any relevant unions or a member of any organisation, such as the Musicians' Union, Equity, AN: Artists Information Company or BECTU, please check your existing coverage. Any immediate injuries resulting from an incident while travelling for work under the list of occupations via the Voyager policy will be covered under the Emergency Medical Expenses of the policy.
